What happens in case of bad weather?

In case of poor weather (rain or heavy clouds), we'll consult with participants just before the tour and choose from these options:

  1. 1. Reschedule the entire tour (same content)
  2. 2. Offer alternative activities
(Sunset yoga/Beach yoga, Bingata textile experience, Kayaking/SUP tour)
  3. 3. Partial tour implementation
(e.g., sunset cruise only, stargazing and photography only)
Q3

How can we pay for the tour?

Payment will be collected on-site at the end of the tour. We accept credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / AMERICAN EXPRESS) and cash (Japanese Yen only).

Q4

What’s the recommended clothing for stargazing photography?

Light-colored clothing, especially white, photographs better as dark colors tend to blend into the background. Since these will be memorable photos, we encourage you to wear your favorite outfit!

Q5

Is there anything I should bring?

Please bring drinks, warm clothing, and glasses/contact lenses if needed.

Q6

I don’t speak Japanese. Is there an English-speaking guide available?

Don't worry - an English-speaking staff member will accompany you throughout the tour.

Q7

I have specific dietary needs. Could you accommodate them?

Please inform our staff of any dietary requirements at least one day before the tour.

Q10

I get seasick easily. Will there be much rocking during the sunset cruise?

The waters are relatively calm as we'll be in inland waters, but if you're concerned, we recommend bringing motion sickness medication. These are available for purchase on the island - please ask our staff if you need assistance. *Note: If you're taking pain medication, please avoid combining it with motion sickness medicine.
